Rooted in history and revived for today, The Royal brings a classic British institution back to life in the heart of Sutton Coldfield. Once known as The Townhouse, we’ve returned to our original name – and spirit – as a nod to the rich past of this much-loved venue.

We’re proud to be dog-friendly in the pub area, welcoming well-behaved four-legged friends. And please note, to keep the atmosphere just right, we are over 21s only after 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
