KEVAN AND THE BLACK COUNTRY SONS IS AN ORIGINAL CONTEMPORARY BLUES BAND; WITH A SOUTHERN ROCK INFLUENCE ALONG WITH A BLUES ROCK SOUND. THE SOUND INCORPORATES SLIDE GUITAR AND MANDOLIN ALONG SIDE AN ELECTRIC GUITAR AND ACOUSTIC GUITAR. THE BAND WAS ESTABLISHED IN THE BLACK COUNTRY IN 2021 DRAWING FROM INFLUENCES FROM THE 70S. KEVAN AND THE BLACK COUNTRY SONS RELEASED THE DEBUT ALBUM ON 3RD DECEMBER 2021, SHOWING A WIDE RANGE OF STYLES AND FLAVOURS THAT MAKE UP THE SOUND OF THE MUSIC. THE BAND ALSO PERFORMS SOME SONGS THAT INCLUDES A FEW TRADITIONAL CLASSIC BLUES COVERS.

The Giffard Arms is a City Centre Rock pub, situated in Wolverhampton, in the West MIdlands. Residing on the first floor of the pub is The Darkroom, which has an outstanding reputation for providing quality live music and eclectic entertainment.
From up and coming local unsigned bands, national touring groups, tribute and cover artists and established signed performers, the Giffard Arms caters for everyone who has a love for live music with attitude!
