Ian Siegal Ian Siegal
In a whirlwind journey spanning more than a quarter-century, Ian Siegal continues to cement his legacy as a powerhouse in the blues music scene. Renowned for his authenticity, Siegal's mission remains steadfast: crafting songs that echo with truth, delivering performances that resonate deeply, and serving vocals in their rawest form. Hailed as the most captivating British blues artist since the iconic figures of the sixties, Siegal's influence knows no bounds.

Classic Rock reveres Siegal as "a national treasure," while America's blues bible lauds his "vast talent," and MOJO magazine crowns him "the cleverest writer and most magnetic blues performer in the UK." With a global footprint that spans over 50 countries, Siegal's trophy cabinet overflows with accolades, boasting two UK Blues Awards, 10 British Blues Awards, four European Blues Awards, and two Mojo Blues Albums Of The Year. Notably, he's earned three US Blues Music Awards nominations, a remarkable feat for a non-American artist, within the past decade alone.

Though recognized as a bluesman par excellence, Siegal's artistry transcends genres, effortlessly traversing continents, eras, and expectations. His music, enriched by a life fully lived, resonates with an authenticity that captivates audiences worldwide. With an unparalleled stage presence, Siegal commands every venue he graces, infusing each performance with sweat, passion, humor, and incendiary slide guitar riffs, all driven by a soul-infused voice capable of felling trees.

In his ongoing musical odyssey, Siegal's influence continues to expand, reaching new corners of the globe. A recent highlight includes a guest appearance alongside 92-year-old Pinetop Perkins and other surviving members of Muddy Waters' band at London's Jazz Café, a moment etched in Siegal's memory. Additionally, at a festival in Norway, Siegal experienced an unexpected role reversal as post-war blues legends spontaneously joined him on stage, resulting in a memorable hour-long set that left an indelible mark on all who witnessed it.

Currently, Ian Siegal is channeling his creative energy into recording a highly anticipated new album in the vibrant musical hub of New Orleans, further solidifying his status as a blues icon for the ages.
